These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services provided by Rush Wealth Solutions LLC (“Rush Wealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Rush Wealth is a business funding brokerage. We collect a single application and present it to a network of third-party lending partners so that you can review the offers you qualify for. Specific terms of any funding you accept are set out in a separate agreement between you and the lender, not with Rush Wealth.
2. We Are Not a Lender
Rush Wealth Solutions LLC is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Approval, funding amounts, rates, repayment terms, and funding timelines are determined solely by the third-party lender. We do not guarantee that you will be approved, or that you will receive any particular amount, rate, or timeline. Stated timeframes are estimates and vary by lender, product, and applicant.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and applying on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent. Our stated qualification guidelines — ,000 or more in monthly revenue, 6 or more months in business, and a personal credit score of 550 or above — are guidelines, not guarantees of approval, and individual lenders apply their own criteria.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false or misleading information may result in denial of your application and may constitute fraud. You are responsible for reviewing any lender agreement before you accept it.
5. Communications Consent
By submitting an application, you consent to receive communications from us by email and phone. Where you separately check the applicable consent box, you also consent to receive SMS text messages, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of applying for or receiving funding.
6. Third-Party Lenders and Services
Our services integrate third-party platforms (including hosting, messaging, and CRM providers) and depend on third-party lending partners. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, decisions, or policies of third parties, and your dealings with them are subject to their own terms.
7. Credit Repair Referral
Where an applicant does not currently meet lender requirements, we may reference a third-party credit repair community. Rush Wealth does not provide credit repair services, and any such engagement is between you and that provider. Credit repair results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
8. Regulatory Compliance
Rush Wealth Solutions LLC complies with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and with applicable carrier requirements for application-to-person (A2P) messaging.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and materials are owned by Rush Wealth or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rush Wealth Solutions LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or services or from any funding you obtain or fail to obtain.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rush Wealth Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, the information you submit, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
